Avocado
• Fresh spinach
• Heavy cream
• Coconut oil
• Low calorie natural sweetener
• Water
• Sugar free vanilla extract
• Ice cube (optional)

How to prepare
Put an avocado (peeled, puttered, & quartered) into a blender, add a cup of fresh spinach, ½ cup of heavy cream, ½ cup of water, a tablespoon of sweetener, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and the ice cubes
• Blend all the ingredients together until smooth

Green Mango Smoothie (vegan)
Ingredients
• Ripe mangoes
• Spinach
• Coconut water

How to prepare
• Mix 2 ripe mangoes (peeled & diced) with 2 cups of spinach and a cup of coconut water in a blender
• Blend it all until smooth

Minty Green Smoothie
Ingredients
Raw spinach
• Peeled cucumber
• Grapes
• Water
• Mint springs
• Ice cubes (optional)

How to prepare
Blend 2 cups of the raw spinach with a cup of water for 30 seconds
• Add ½ peeled cucumber, 8 mint springs, ½ cup of grapes and the ice cubes
• Blend for 5 minutes

My personal recipe
Ingredients
2 bananas
• A cup of coconut water
• A cup of coconut milk
• 2 cups of greens (pick your choice)
• ½ peeled cucumber
• A tablespoon of honey

How to prepare
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
